Refund Policy

1. Premium Weekly Subscription
BookaholicHQ Premium Weekly is a recurring digital subscription that provides eligible Premium reading access while the subscription is active.
2. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription button in your reader profile. Unless otherwise required by law or payment platform rules, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a current billing period.
3. Refunds
Because Premium access is digital and available immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law, payment platform rules, or a specific written decision by BookaholicHQ.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or had a billing issue, contact BookaholicHQ as soon as possible with the account email and payment date so the issue can be reviewed.
5. Access Issues
If you paid for Premium but your account still shows Free Reader, contact BookaholicHQ or try signing out and signing back in. We will review subscription status and restore access where payment is confirmed.
6. Changes to Pricing
BookaholicHQ may change pricing in the future as the library grows. Any new price will be shown through the checkout or billing provider where required.
