2. About BookaholicHQ

BookaholicHQ is a digital fiction reading platform where readers can access books, chapters, saved library features, reading progress, ad-supported unlocks, and optional Premium subscription access.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to save books, track reading progress, unlock chapters, or subscribe to Premium. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity on your account.

4. Premium Subscription

BookaholicHQ Premium Weekly provides eligible ad-free or unlocked reading access while the subscription is active. Pricing and available features may change in the future. Any subscription changes will be handled through the billing provider and shown before checkout where required.

5. Cancellations

Premium readers can manage or cancel their subscription through the Manage Subscription option in the reader profile. Unless otherwise required by law or platform rules, cancellation takes effect according to the billing provider’s subscription settings.

6. Content Access

Some chapters may be free, some may require account login, some may unlock through ads, and some may be available through Premium. Access rules may vary by book, chapter, or account status.

7. Intellectual Property

Books, chapters, covers, branding, logos, page designs, and platform content are owned by BookaholicHQ or its content owners unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, scrape, redistribute, or commercially reuse content without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass payment or unlock systems, or use automated tools to copy platform content.

9. Service Changes

BookaholicHQ may add, change, pause, or remove features, books, chapters, pricing, or access methods as the platform grows.

10. No Guarantee of Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime, maintenance, third-party issues, or technical problems may occur.
